Circle of Lights Coloring Contest

One lucky child (age 12 and under) will have the opportunity to “flip the switch” at the Circle of Lights® presented by Quality Connection and IBEW #481 Friday, Nov. 28. Additionally, children can win one of five CollegeChoice 529 scholarships, valued at $529 each. To print the coloring sheet or find the nearest pick up location, visit www.qc-indy.com.

Celebrate the life and interests of Kurt Vonnegut during this two-day festival. Hear from former US Poet Laureate Billy Collins, visit an Art Resource Fair, listen to Jess Walter speak about his books and more.
